1. Can I pick up my item?

No, all orders are processed and shipped in the order in which we receive them.

2. Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final! However, if you are unable to fit your item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If approved, you may send your item back for a store credit to purchase another item.

3. Who pays for shipping if I send my item back?

The customer is responsible for shipping back to us upon approval for return. If the return is not approved, the return will not be accepted.

4. How long is shipping?

All orders are processed within 24-72 business hours in the order in which they are received. Shipping times may vary from 1-3 business days. Her Allure is not responsible for any shipping delays.

5. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is processed a tracking number will be sent to the email on file.
